About Kelly Hodges

Hello! My name is Kelly Hodges and I am the Handbell Director at Soapstone UMC. I am married to David, my high school sweetheart, and we have two great children, Caitlin age 8 and Jacob age 5. When not at church ringing bells, I love to sing in the choir, read, play piano, scrapbook, and cheer for Wake Forest, especially when they are playing the Tarheels (my husband’s team.) Go Deacs!
I am blessed to work at Soapstone where there are so many people of all ages who are active in the music ministries! Participating in a music group is such a wonderful way to give of your time and talent to the church and to give praise to God! I started ringing handbells at age 10 and love sharing these beautiful instruments with new ringers of all ages!
